June 30: Submission of the full drafts of the deliverables to the MC through the CT (except for D3.1 to be submitted by June 11, and for D6.1 and D11.1 to be submitted by June 25)
- June 30 – July 21: Presentation of the deliverables to the MC according to the schedule below. Supporting presentations should be shared with the MC through the CT five days ahead of the MC meeting (i.e. by the Thursday preceding the MC meeting)
- June 30 – July 31: Feedback loop open through a shared matrix of comments
- September 1: Submission of the final draft to the MC through the CT
- September 8: MC validation
- September 10: Submission of the deliverables (and supporting presentations) to the SC through the CT
- September 17: SC validation
- By 30 September: Submission to the EACEA by the CT through the Funding & Tenders Portal

- July 7: D1.4, D7.1
- July 15: D9.1, D10.1

Guidelines for the presentations (see here validation process, including the role and responsibility of each CIVIS bodies involved)
- MC presentation
- Length: 20-minute dedicated slot, including a 10-minute presentation and a 10-minute Q&A session
- Content: Presentations should follow the structure of the deliverable, and highlight any points requiring updates or particular attention from the MC
- SC presentation
- Length: As all of the deliverables will be presented during the same meeting, presentations should not exceed 5 minutes per deliverable
- Content: Presentations should cover the objectives of the deliverable, activities carried out and impact
